My toddler wore this two days straight and I had to pry it off him for a wash. The garment-dyed finish gives it that broken-in feel right out of the package, no stiff new-clothes stiffness at all. Sizing ran true for us too.

The organic cotton feels noticeably softer than the cheaper sets we've had, and the garment-dyed grey has that worn-in look right out of the wash. Only gripe is the drop shoulders run a bit wide on my slim three-year-old, so size down if yours is between sizes.

The French terry is genuinely soft and the heather grey color hasn't faded after several washes. Only gripe is the sizing runs a bit small, so my 18-month-old is already near the top of the 12-18 month fit. Still a great everyday set for daycare.
