I've washed this shirt at least six times already and the organic cotton hasn't pilled or faded one bit, which honestly surprised me. The stone-washed finish makes it feel broken-in from day one, no stiff feeling at all. It's become my default layer for work and weekends.

The stone-washed cotton is so soft it felt broken in from the first wear, no stiffness at all like other button-ups I've had. The mulberry and harbor gingham is more muted in person, which I actually prefer, and it layers great over a tee.
