The organic cotton is noticeably softer than the cheaper pants we had before, and my daughter's eczema-prone skin hasn't complained once. The roomy harem cut gives her plenty of space to squat and climb at the park without any seams digging in.
These survived a full day of toddler crawling, climbing, and a meltdown in the dirt, and the harem cut still gives his knees room to move. The GOTS organic cotton washed up soft after the first cycle, no shrinking.
